📅 Working Days: 5 days per week
⏰ Working Hours: 40 hours per week
💰 Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 65,000 RSD (approximately €600)
- Salary from 01 January 2027: 70,000 RSD/month
- Meal Allowance: 10,000 RSD/month (approximately €85)
- Overtime: 26% above the regular hourly wage
- Overtime Rate: Approximately 500 RSD/hour (€4.25)
- Annual Salary: 12 salaries per year
- Accommodation: Free for the first year
- After the first year, shared accommodation will be approximately €150/month
🌿 Job Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, gardens and outdoor areas
- Plant, water and care for flowers, plants and trees
- Trim bushes, hedges and trees as required
- Mow lawns and remove weeds
- Maintain gardens and landscaped areas in good condition
- Operate gardening tools and equipment safely
- Ensure outdoor areas remain clean, attractive and well maintained
- Perform general gardening and landscaping duties
📋 Requirements
- Minimum B1 level of English
- Previous gardening or landscaping experience is preferred
- Practical knowledge of gardening work
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to use basic gardening tools and equipment
- Hardworking, reliable, and responsible
- Willingness to relocate and work in Serbia
🛂 Visa & Relocation
- Employer will arrange the initial Serbian invitation
- Initial sponsorship-related fees and levies are handled by the employer
- Visa/residence validity may be 6 months to 2 years, depending on background checks and approval
- Renewal costs after the initial period are the employee's responsibility
- Air ticket/travel expenses are the employee's responsibility
